buypalletstock.com is run by Pallets Plus LLC d/b/a LumberLink, 308 Sloan Fork Rd, Liberty, KY 42539. This page explains what information we collect, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, company, email, phone number and delivery addresses.
- Tax information: sales-tax exemption certificates and the details on them.
- Orders and requests: loads you buy, offers you make, quote requests, loads you submit for listing, and messages you send us.
- Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe. We don't store your full card or bank account number. We receive limited details such as card type, last four digits and payment status.
- Technical details: the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and basic server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) used for security and to fix problems. We don't use analytics or advertising tracking tools.
How we use it
- To set up and approve your account and apply the right sales tax.
- To price, process, deliver and invoice your orders.
- To answer your questions, offers and quote requests.
- To keep records that the law and our accountants require.
- To protect the site from spam and misuse.
- To send you marketing from LumberLink (see below).
Marketing
We may use your name, company, email, mailing address and order history to send you news, offers and product information from LumberLink about pallet lumber and related products and services.
- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected].
- Opting out of marketing doesn't stop emails about your account, orders, invoices or tax certificates.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed to complete your order:
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Service providers who send email for us, such as our email marketing platform. They may use your information only to provide that service to LumberLink.
- Freight partners and mills, who receive the delivery or pickup details needed to load and ship. Mills don't receive your company name or the price you paid.
- Our accountants and tax authorities, when required.
Public quote requests show only the product details and your delivery state, never your name, company, email, phone or notes.
We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep account, order and tax records for as long as the law and our accountants require. When records are no longer needed, we delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
- You can update your account details from your account page.
- You can ask us to close your account or delete information we don't need to keep for legal or tax reasons.

Business use
This site is for businesses buying and selling pallet lumber. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
